1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the winnow44 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and winnow44 (the platform operator). This agreement governs all aspects of platform use, including account registration, game access, financial transactions and communications between users and the platform.
Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access winnow44's full range of services, you will need to register a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. winnow44 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the platform immediately through the available support channels.
- Account registration is limited to individuals aged 18 and above. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a winnow44 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You agree not to:
- Using the platform for any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering or unauthorised access to third-party systems.
- Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure, including servers, databases and security systems.
- Using automation software, bots or unapproved third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing, lending or allowing any other person to use your account.
- Spreading false information, harassing other users or misusing the communication channels provided by the platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the winnow44 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name and has sufficient funds to process the intended transaction.
Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go (TNG), FPX and local internet banking. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method, and the platform is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and the user's account tier.
- Withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered under the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- The platform reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing for identity verification or anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
- Any attempt to reverse, cancel or dispute a legitimate transaction may result in account suspension.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Winnow44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, brand names, text, graphics and software on the winnow44 platform are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any such content without explicit written permission from the platform.
Third-Party Links
This platform may contain references or links to third-party services. winnow44 has no control over the content or policies of those services and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of such external services.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Winnow44 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any associated balance may be withheld pending further investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the platform's support team. Any outstanding balance will be processed in accordance with the platform's standard withdrawal procedures before the closure takes effect.
Changes to Terms
The winnow44 platform reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with this platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
